Hi Vasso
Firstly the company is broke. It has no business model and if Google and Ali Express has been going to get their customers to use Splitit they would have, but there is no incentive - they are huge successful corporations and they don't have any need to lose percentages of their revenue to Splitit.
On the basis of what you have described, it seems as though Motive would tip in $50 mil only to get its money back after a significant windfall. They would not and the phrase I would use is that they are more likely to have a 'take no prisoners' attitude to investing and are unlikely to be sharing spoils around. That is about all I can say.
