Personally I would not bother spending good money on professional advice as I see no chance of a no vote, it would be senseless, the funding would be lost and cash would fast run out.

The decision I may have gotten advice on (if I had a significant number of shares) is whether to sell or hold. I only had a few and bought them quite recently so I sold on the initial bounce and lost a few bucks.
