I sold because i dont see that the new investors put much value...

I sold because i dont see that the new investors put much value on the current share price. Silly me i bought the dream and paid the price, i unfortunately am still convinced the concept is great but as with many good ideas they get hijacked by situations beyond anyones control.
If the suitors valued our shares they would have made an on market offer but instead they purchased the company by stealth for half of the number of shares on the register.
Basically the way i see it , once they have board control they can easily dilute the remaining holders out of relevance.
Tis a shame Splitit has come to this.
