    Well, I see we have a winner. Finally a shareholder has realised that Motive and the other two large contributors will be sitting on the same side of the SPT carcass when the carving knife comes out.

    Typically when cutting up the carcass, those not at the carve up get sliced to shreds. Shareholders will not be at the BBQ.

    I am disappointed that the board didn't go for another funding option that was available when they looked at the possibilities over the last 12 months.

    One shareholder asked my why they didn't do something else with the funds and I told them that the board had the blinkers on and were only interested in keeping the fees gravy train going. I have heard directors say that they don't like gravy trains unless they are on board.

    Motion will keep the gravy train going until the deal is put away and the directors will be given 12 months fees and waved goodbye.
