so when they go private, and those of us who do not sell, will retain the amount of shares we still own BUT we go on faith that this company does very well in the future
do we have to list on the NASDAQ or other index?, or is it as simple as just hold and wait it out (even if it is for 5 or so more years?)
PS: I am also a bit confused as to what happens if we continue to hold and do nothing
