    I had a look at FTCs 4c and it says "consumers, not necessarily credit card holders" will be able to use BNPL. FTC also mentions taking care of risk control and credit lending (SPT don't provide/lend new credit). SPT is all about splitting payments using existing credit via credit cards, so this doesn't really sound aligned.

    All imo... appreciate you picking up on a potential link and sharing though!
