Average day on the market today. Good insight by VamosMikel again.

The reason for the fall seems complicated and confused by the pundits reporting from New York. It has got to do with the suspension of purchases by punters following influential website REDDIT and the widespread attempts to catch out short position players. The movement in the US$ confuses the market allowing speculation as to the real reasons for the volatility in equities.

I think that the market got ahead of itself coming into this earnings season and just needed a healthy correction. If you are concerned, don't, as the market will always recover unless you are trading in the dog end of the market.
