Some notes for an Australian involvement of Worldline/ingenico....
The ANZ bank merchant terminals were all previously run by ANZ and were ingenico. Last year after Worldline finished its acquisition of ingenico all ANZ merchant contracts were terminated and new contracts were revised to be directly with Worldline. i.e. Worldline took over the entire ANZ merchant branch...ANZ outsourced the entire merchant aquiring to Worldline (and their subsidary ingenico powered terminals)
