There are several rules for listing on the NASDAQ: Among them:
a company must have a regular bid price of $4 (which under some circumstances may be waived to $3 or $2)
a company must have net earnings pre tax of $10 mil, cannot have suffered a loss and must have revenues of $110 mil. There are many other rules disqualifying SPT
