Listing on the NASDAQ will not materially change their growth plans so I see no reason (other than share trading & price) for the company to list in the short term.
There is a cost to listing so, until they are generating a reasonable profit, this discussion should not distract from the focus of MSV growth.
Personally I would love to see them at USD$4 (about $5.50), that makes SPT a 20x return for me
