    Visa is one of the 4 payments networks and they all cross carry and execute each others' transactions. Visa is truly vertically integrated from cards to the network and offers BNPL and split payment card purchase functions. It will also integrate Splitit's functions into its network, carried by Visa and executed on Ingenico etc terminals.

    Here's the kicker - this announcement was issued as price sensitive although there was no trading halt, nor is there any mention of it having any material impact. The 2022 Annual Report was not price sensitive lol
