Ann: Splitit signs partnership agreement with VISA, page-20

The announcement states that Visa will carry Splitit's executed transactions over its network. Visa will get paid and if merchants use the facility, Splitit will be paid. Having access to the network and the tech being able to be used on millions of terminals across the world is a great thing, but as the statement says:

'The economic materiality of the Agreement with Visa is unknown due to the variable nature of revenues which are dependent on the value of customer purchases using Splitit’s services. However, Splitit expects that its partnership may have a material impact on Splitit’s brand and
business development prospects.'

It means nothing financially to Splitit, it should never have been posted as price sensitive and the market has responded accordingly.
