Eliminated? no. Reduced? yes. A simple example would be buying something and the first instalment is taken out, then the credit card is cancelled (due to theft, lost, whatever), so there is still some risk. Although I think most would agree there is still less risk than the traditional BNPL options of actually supplying new credit/small loans)
