AMEX has been YOUR dream for 18months?
YOU have been spruking it to all.
I don't think they are important at all and only a tiny late piece, they will come onboard in a basic form later as they will be forced to and CURRENTLY have more to loose than VISA/MC/UP.
And now you are asking me to do the figures?
YOU being so adamant about it makes one think YOU would have done these numbers and have have these readily available to answer questions like mine?

I have made my assesment.....Oh I get it...you are guessing and havent done the numbers.

"merchant benefit"
"financial materiality"

So if AMEX come to the party and just accept their cards being used with merchants that offer splitit that therefore is a massive loss in your opinion?
(note that it would be 36months later than others and nothing additional)

Ps...its not up against Z1P 5% as its complimentary. Merchants need both a Z1P/APT type offering and a credit card offering.

I wabt to understand this like you do...show me the revenue stream.....for BOTH.
