It seems they are desperate to do so. But spotless shares are holding tough at $1.12 or so and that means that , people are holding for the future....or expect another bid.
They can sell to DOW for a few cents profit up to June 29th now....but 50%....I wonder. I really hope not.
If DOW manage to NOT get SPO I reckon their share price will rise....based on the value of their cash....and projects. Already, those institutions who bought into the SPP are up a fair bit...so they are happy.
