    I downloaded the prepopulated form from Advanced Share Registry which has instructions on it.

    I think you are right but I would need to familiarise myself with the instructions.

    I purchased some additional rights on top of my allocation so I need to check this for myself - you can also apply for shortfall without buying the rights on market on the form as well I believe.
