    Canadians appear to do things slightly differently to us - they make a press release and then some days later officially notify their regulatory authority citing the original release.

    I don't think there is anything sinister in this apparent discrepancy, just a matter of timing.

    However satisfy yourself by checking their official notifications on the SEDAR website.
