    A bit of a phillosophical point...I do not agree with a general assertion that 'it definately hurts SH value'.

    As a general rule cap raises are not so negatively impactful on a company with so few shares on issue, like LLI, especailly if they are used to advance the company's trajectory.

    I do however shudder when I see companies like LRS with a couple of BILLION SOI and a lot more dillution to come as they have not yet produced any Li, and like everyone else will need to build plant onfrastructure etc

    A CR because a company has been burning cash on admin and salaries (a.k.a lifestyle companies) without advancing their projects I agree definately hurts SH value, that is dillution for stagnation- or worse.

    A CR largely for funding drilling, aquisitions, exploration and infrastructure in my experience almost always adds SH value, that is any expenditure to move along a continuum to revenue is a good thing. Cheers
