Given the considerable allocation of resources towards exploration, their rate of cash consumption will inevitably accelerate. Consequently, an additional capital raise will be unavoidable before the year's end. The pivotal concern for investors is predicting the stock price movement prior to this event. The challenge is determining whether an investment now, or an addition to existing holdings, will still prove profitable after the anticipated post-CR dip.
I must express my gratitude for the suspension in March. It inadvertently prompted a deeper analysis of Loyal Lithium than I might have pursued. Had it not been for the suspension, I might have divested by May, reallocating those funds into CX1 or REC. However, as I delved deeper into Loyal Lithium—examining their Board of Directors, resource potential, strategic plan, and commitment to transparency—I grew increasingly confident in their prospects.
The company's mission is unambiguous: to discover lithium and delineate the subsequent significant maiden resource in James Bay, following the Winsome discovery. They are not interested in merely profiting off their shareholders; they are genuinely committed to the goal, even if it means aggressive expenditure. Yet, it's evident they prioritize strategic and judicious spending.
Based on the current landscape and impending updates from WR1's Mineral Resource Estimate coupled with continued interest in James Bay, I predict our SP may hover between 70c to 80c by year's end. It's at this SP range that a CR is most likely to occur. Given the projections, the current SP offers a promising entry or top-up point for investors.
Nonetheless, these are speculative assumptions on my part. Always conduct your own research and due diligence, and best wishes to all shareholders.
