There's government incentives for exploration, you don't get this anywhere around the world.
Flow-Through Shares (FTS) provisions under Canadian tax law basically matches the amount
an explorer has raised without share dilution as long as the funds are only used
for exploration purposes.
Cap raises are a must as an explorer. However, cap raises are done with minimum dilution, thanks to the Canadian government.
