For all we know Mavis might be a great project. The fact is a company the size of Pioneer has too many projects to give it any attention or expenditure. Long term holders will be familiar with Dave's obsession with trendy commodities. Not because they have made us any money (The happy accident of Cs aside) but because they make good headlines and keep the cap raise train chugging.

That game is a bit long in the tooth for this company now imo. We do have some excellent prospects outside of Mavis that are likely to provide cash flow in the shorter term. Without those, there may be a bit of a cash squeeze in 12 months time. Long term survival and prosperity for this company will require that cash flow, and if Mavis cant be developed further, it should be divested.
