Yes I spotted this yesterday and it's a completely different thing to Spontan but if it works it might be something that works WITH spontan. Spontan acts on the physical side of the equation as does viagra etc. It basically seems to be a libido booster (with follow-on physical effects) whereas spontan just gives you a boner on demand.
