From a tech company, this is the type of announcement the market needs on a regular basis. Eagle View is a private company and may not want certain information to be published but SFI is a public company bound by Continuous Disclosure obligations (ASX Guidance Note 8; Listing Rule 3.1) These announcements are particularly important for Spookfish because they claim that their technology is superior/disruptive and as and when this is proven and hence accepted by distributors/end users, then in turn the value may be understood by investors. Couple the technology announcements with sales and revenue announcements, then the share price will travel north.

Now we just sit back and await the "First royalties payment from Eagleview" announcement to send the share price shooting up. The optimist in me says it'll be before the end of financial year.
