I've never heard of them and unsure what to make of it.
A year ago they had 1 employee (Shaun Doyle) and only 17k in assets however net assets were negative all of these numbers are extremely low but raises questions on what the company has done and able to deliver... Given there has been a year since then but I cannot see this being a massive turn around given COVID and how it has impacted live events and only had the one employee.
This Shaun Doyle whilst yes his title is CEO he isn't actually managing anyone as I cannot find any representation of SportsClips on linkedin and this includes Shaun Doyle himself which is also not a great sign but it isn't like you need to be on LinkedIn to be a real person.
Not sure if it really required a TH for this sort of agreement and hope SH get a rise in the SP but nothing is making me want to jump in personally especially considering the track record of previous announcements and where they had lead to.
