Fairly sure they weren't cross trades.
The line wipes today along with the close at 0.032 confirms they're accumulating still. Barely any volume all day then at 1.26pm - two trades - 250,000 wiped 0.032 and 612,856 shares wiped most of $0.033 from the same people. Very much doubt it's retail.
I still think there will be a pump, lots of money being thrown at the $0.033 level. Have no idea when or at what price they will want to cash out though.
