    i spoke with the company

    the General Meeting to approve the acquisition originally scheduled for 15 July 2016 was postponed due to the new ASX (reverse takeover) listing rules announced 2 days after, which required changes to the format of the original proposal

    was told all is going ahead so far, as planned, with news in a few weeks
