Turns out SPO not without some issues and he sent the following: 'The AWU has also been referred to Victorian prosecutors over deals with Cleanevent, Thiess John Holland, Chiquita Mushrooms, ACI Operations and Winslow Constructors.'

Cleanevent is part of Spotless and i suspect this issue will linger around for a while. needs SPO board to issue strong unambigious statement re what is the exact situation.
