the problem is they have the wrong corporate structure for this stream of the business - it dilutes and causes some conflicts of interest.

They need to set up a fund in which the fund invests in the underlying investment companies directly or thru ICOs. DCC could be the management company of the fund and also the advisor. receive both a management fee and advisory fees which can still be coins or whatever.

That way they seperate out this stuff from DCC. DCC could seed the fund.

Obviously a fund is going to be subject to regulation but thats what you need here. DCC can still continue with the other revenue streams.

That way benefit of any outperforming investment goes directly to unitholders and can remove some of the issues currently existing in the way they doing business.
