    Excuse my ignorance if this is a silly thought, however in making a potential investment into DCC I want to ensure I understood the capital raising aspect of the announcement correctly.

    Does this mean the capital raise is at an unknown share price at this point in time and the capital raise share price will only be determined as the last 5 trading days VWAP as the issue date approaches at an estimated early May 2019 issue date?
