    How does this actually work? So at the moment the CR price is unknown until the 6th of May? If you want to participate in the spp, you pay the dollar amount up to 15k and you get the allocated dollar amount of shares once the cash raise price has been determined?

    Didn’t Avz have this type of cash raise?
