    Yes, AVZ had an exact same type of CR via Patersons.
    CR price will be priced in 80% of 5 day VWAP before 6th of May.
    The $4m worthy shares to be issued at a huge discount, almost no risk to sophisticated investors.
    I think share price is likely to go under 5c again.
