SPP will without doubt be well oversubscribed!!!...The APO's Delivery service is becoming increasingly inefficient...Post your xmas cards and pressy's sooner rather than later,allow 1 week extra....Way back b4 the internet, parcels/mail sent from Europe would arrive at your address within 4 working days...This day and age sending anything through the post office,we should allow an extra seven working days and no guarantees it will arrive...My neighbour caught the thief in action last Easter.Apparently the bastard yelped like a puppy'when Chris threw a few haymakers..Police were called,though he ended escaping the clutches of gentle giant Christopher. Local facebook ,neighbourhood watch group' soon were patrolling the streets,facemasked,mobile phones, turbins,walking sticks, dogs,etc..His Family were inundated by least a dozen vigilantes,whom lived within close proximity pressing his doorbell wanting descriptions of the man and vehicle within hours...Law enforcement ended up catching the pilferer, a resident had footage of his car's plates from a CCTV camera beaming on the street!! Order was swiftly restored amongst the locals.This incident around April seemed to galvanize at least some of the street's residents.A letter was hand delivered to every premises on the street regarding a 'Barby B4 Xmas'Drop around for 5 minutes or 5 hours..Just hope it isn't a recruitment drive for the Vigilante Group..An eclectic bunch surround our streets..
