    Was it actually legal for the companyto arbitrarily round theprice of the SPP shares to thenearest $0.001? By doing so all shareholders participating in SPP had received not a promised 20%, but merely 16.2% discount and, consequently, almost 19% LESS shares than they would have had received if the rounding was say to $0.0001
