Further to the announcement of 8 October 2015, The a2 Milk Company Limited
("a2MC") advises that the offer documentation for its Share Purchase Plan
("SPP") is being dispatched today.
Copies of the following documents are attached to this announcement:
1. Chairman's letter;
2. SPP offer document; and
3. Notice pursuant to clause 20(1)(a) of schedule 8 to the Financial Markets
