if history is any guide, good announcements are followed by CR offers to sophisticated investors and institutions.
It follows there is generally no good announcements prior to CR offers to retail investors. I would not be holding my breath waiting for one. Management don’t like retail CR’s but they seem to do their best to make them unsuccessful. Just some observations.
I have options so I don’t have a decision to make with the CR.
