    I'm not quite sure how to interpret the announcement... I hope they don't do what your suggesting... But I would assume that the SPP would have been fully subscribed yesterday afternoon. If they are accepting all applications on the 8th Jan, then they may have to scale back some of the later applications to accommodate everyone.
