Any hydrogen play is years off... if at all. Projects Saturn and Jupiter are situated in Queensland. REAL are talking about large-scale hydrogen plants at both of these locations. Saturn would use gas from Pure's field and other local fields to manufacture hydrogen. At Project Jupiter the aim is to make hydrogen from water. Both these projects are at early concept stage. Scott Brown has espoused the positive economics of the projects without providing any financial estimates. He's promising more information before the end of the year. I'd take that timeline with a grain of salt.

At Venus, drilling is due to start on 20th October. The primary goal is to certify reserves. Brown compares Venus to Project Atlas (Senex) and a two year time frame to production. He might better compare it to the buggers muddle of Windorah Trough and the almost no prospective of production.

Brown is always upbeat about REAL projects.

seems like their main play will be hydrogen, gas drilling is for early cash flows + government grants to assist the hydrogen play

aren't many hydrogen companies around so if they can secure a grant it look lead to bigger things. pure energy will have close to 10m cash and zero debt, great start. will RLE holders be reallocated to Pure?
