On the plus side - it's nice to be popular and being over-subscribed sure beats a shortfall. And directors getting involved is always a plus.
On the downside....boy, that's a lot more shares on issue. I was hoping for a smaller raising now and the next raising at a higher share price on the back of solid drilling results. But not many explorers are going to knock back the chance at extra cash. A bird in the hand etc.
