The ability to raise a child without nurture is somewhat possible. However, the potential/outcomes can be stifled and compromised. in general, it takes a large investment of time, money, patience, and effort plus diligence and discernment.
What some may fail to understand here is that if you are a shareholder, you OWN part of this business.
EXR is still an infant and requires the previous traits mentioned earlier. Without the owners investing and supporting this junior whilst asking it thought-provoking questions with sound motivation it cannot possibly return the correct outcomes.
The SPP was an opportunity to support our company ($1-30K). the shortfall in raising is a message to the Junior.
IMO you have two types of owners, one is wanting the best possible outcomes and who provides support and nurture (to the best of their abilities). the other is parasitical and on for a free ride (wanting the best outcome with no support provided).
The potential of our 3 projects combined, is still "eye-watering". i encourage those with the conviction of ownership to be a nurturer. and to the parasites, well, the worming tablet will come soon enough.
Well done to date, to Neil and the team, and hats off to those who have the nurturing gift.
