    I suspect they never expected such negative feedback. I also think the extension is to make a further positive announcement to push waverers  over the line. I have taken up 1 entitlement for many reasons not least because the Indians got an absolute bargain and I can only see upside. Volatility short term ;but hopefully under a new Chair the trajectory will be steadily up.
