But in your previous post I replied to, you talked about them extending the offer because of lack of interest and the potential of running out of money to complete their programme. They now have the funds which counterbalances your argument.

if they do indeed scale back the SPP because of high demand, I would be extremely surprised. I think it will be the opposite and the SPP will finish up without reaching the $ they had hoped to raise from it. Why extend the SPP for a week otherwise, if they already had their fill.
