Remember, who engineered this SPP was Pinocchio Neil... the one that is leaving in a hurry.....
A school student at fin would laugh at this deal after taking a little study on the history of this company....
Stuart will need to try another ammunition to find cash for EXR..... Neil has destroyed all the capital it had.... That's why it will be a hard yakka for Stuart.... picking up the pieces Neil left in the dirty floor... full of hair grease LOL.
If you are not only trading..... take the next pump... sell it and move to OMA.... EXR will be a good trade but, to move this from the ground where it is.... it will be hard no matter the caliber the new CEO has... no matter contacts.... the only thing EXR has is a drilling in August/September.... maybe another one at Diona with a company that is suspended and has no cash.. LOL
Where is Grandis? That's where Stuart will need to work the hardest.... to find a candidate for a JV..... but, smart money will not be attracted to it like this.... they know EXR history and it smells..... now easily to let it burn and pick up the pieces later.....
EXR is now a total trading stock.... beautie if u see that way.
