    The $3.00 SPP price is around a 13% discount to current share price. You would think that is enough of an attractive discount to get some laggards to participate….so that is a good thing.

    however, the softening global market is perhaps a bad thing.

    fighting with the automic process I found to be a bad thing. I managed to get to downloading the form step and winning myself a tick from Automic, but I couldn’t then get the form to appear.couldn’t get the form to appear on my iPad.
    I then tried my laptop and it eventually worked. I am not sure why it finally appeared on my laptop, but it only required about five minutes of swearing and apoplectic fitting on my part for it to do so!



    I hope others who wanted to participate weren't put off by the “downloading the form” process.
