Those announcements generally don't mention scaleback conditions. You never know what you're goning to get (apologies to Forest Gump) until they new shares are issued.

There was a discussion of the cash burn comparison with DNDN some time ago. Apparently DNDN took several wrong paths along the way through the clinical trials and FDA approvals process and burned a lot of cash as a result. MR was pretty confident when I asked him about this that they had learned much from DNDN's experience and that PRR's path was much smoother as a result.
