Re Scaleback
Here is my rationale:
Assume 30% of the 3090 subscribers applied for 3 tranches of shares:
A) $15,000
B) $7,500
C) $3,000
That would already mean a total of over $25m.
As they only accepted $20.25 it seems very likely to me that a scaleback will be applied.
We'll know for sure in a few days.
