Sounds like they'll take the full $15 M.
DRO claimed it required $75 M in funds and ignored the more than $50M it already has in in cash, but now it looks like it is going to raise $40 M more than even its wild claims around what it needed.
Let the dilution increase even further...
DRO will have around 800 M shares on issue. Any bets for when it breaks through the billion mark?
