This company Management are not as smart like COB's CEO.
The way I see it , they should have waited and announced the resource upgrade first which would have put a rocket under the share price (providing its good news)
The way I see it from experience they appear to have been looking after the sophisticated investors by holding back information until the the SPP is completed . I could be wrong , but it backfired on their plan when Trump opened his mouth about trade wars.
This is only my opinion.
To me its a good punt at these prices.
