Good luck with that but I don't think you will get your full $30k's worth. Any shareholder entitled to participate would be a fool to not apply for the Max, with the share price where it is.
Personally I hope Ian and other directors are fair with the scale back as some of us smaller investors (like myself) don't have $30k laying around and will be applying only for an amount that we want to hold. Not just an arbitrage play as many will.
