re: Ann: SPP Letter to Shareholders and Plan ... Why is the offer price so low, 4.5 cents or potentially lower if they use the 10% less than 5 day average.
If shareholders do not take up the offer then our existing shares will be diluted!
They are selling it as an opportunity for existing shareholders to "get in on some cheaper shares" but in reality it's capital raising at a decreased share price and share dilution, which will further lower the share price?
Some one please correct me if I'm wrong, because I hope I am, the price needs to be getting momentum up not down!! Wouldn't options for shareholders at current market price exercisable later in 2013 be a better option?
