Even with the free options, it's not worth it at the current price. They want us to pay .023 when we can buy them on the market at .019.
Say you buy $10,000 at .023 that's 434,782 shares, and you get 217,391 options. Total value of shares and options as of today $9,564
Say you buy $8500 heads on the market at .019, that's 447,368 shares, and say you buy $1500 worth of options, that's 250,000 options. Total value $10,000.
So if you take this offer, you are immediately in the red and end up with fewer shares and options than if you just bought on the market.
They did not think this one through.
